How it works
Calendar shares the same Google connection as Gmail and Contacts, so one sign-in covers it. Once granted, agents can read your events and use them as context when they prepare for or follow up on meetings.
Setting it up
- In Settings, open Integrations and connect Google.
- Grant Calendar access when prompted.
- In the AI chat, describe an agent that reads your events for prep or follow-ups, and set its trigger.
- Run it once against an upcoming meeting, then turn it on.
