Terms of service
Plain rules for using Team Brain — what we promise, what we ask of you.

These terms govern your access to and use of the Team Brain Service (“Team Brain”, “we”, “us”) at team-brain.com. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Team Brain provides a workspace for documents, databases, agents, and related tools. We may add, remove, or change parts of the Service. Where a change is material we will give you reasonable notice through the Service or by email.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us at hello@team-brain.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into Team Brain. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. We do not use the contents of your documents, pages, or databases to train any model.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate access to enforce this section.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Token-based usage is billed based on records produced by the underlying model providers. We will tell you before any change to the rates that applies to your account.
6. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe continued access creates risk to other users or to Team Brain. After termination we will delete or anonymize your data on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Team Brain disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will revise the “Effective date” at the top and, where appropriate, send you a notice inside the Service or by email. Continued use after the change becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
