How it works
Drive uses the same Google connection as Gmail and Calendar, so one sign-in covers it. With access granted, agents can pull files into your workspace, read documents, and keep them in sync.
Setup
- In Settings, open Integrations and connect Google.
- Grant Drive access when prompted.
- In the AI chat, describe an agent that reads a folder or keeps documents in sync, and set its trigger.
- Run it once against a real file, then turn it on.
Back to all integrations or the Team Brain home.
