What you can do

• Choose what Brain may use, in the Google picker
• Read and export documents, sheets and PDFs
• Create files and write back into what you picked
• Hand a file back at any time, from your Google Account

How it works

Drive is its own integration with its own sign-in, not part of the Gmail and Calendar one. You pick the files and folders in the Google picker, and Brain reaches those plus the files it creates itself. Agents can then read, export, create and write back into them, and your choice keeps working until you take the access back in your Google Account or disconnect the integration.

Setting it up

1. In Settings, open Integrations and connect Google Drive.
2. When it connects, Brain opens the picker: choose the files and folders it may use.
3. In the AI chat, describe an agent that reads or updates those files, and set its trigger.
4. Run it once against a real file, then turn it on.
