How it works

Webhooks work both ways. An outside event can call your agent webhook URL to start a run, and an agent can call out to another system from inside its script.

Setting it up

In the AI chat, describe an agent and choose a webhook trigger to get its URL.
In Settings, open Integrations to review your webhook setup.
Point the outside system at the agent webhook URL, or have the agent call out to it.
Fire a test event, then turn it on.
