Expense receipts arrive one ride at a time and sit in your inbox until the end of the month, when you dig them all out, download each PDF, and forward the pile to your accountant. It is a dull hour nobody wants.

How the agent does it

When an Uber receipt email arrives, the agent pulls the PDF, files it, and forwards it to your accountant on the spot. By month end there is nothing to gather because every ride went out the day it happened.

Setup

  1. Connect the mailbox that receives your Uber receipts in Integrations.
  2. Describe the job in the AI chat: when an Uber receipt arrives, download the PDF and forward it to my accountant.
  3. Give it the email address for your accountant and any note to include.
  4. Run it on a recent receipt and confirm the forward looks right.
  5. Flip it on and let your receipts file themselves.
