Enrich every contact
Every time a contact is created, fill in company, role, headcount, and LinkedIn profile.
The problem
A web form or a forwarded intro drops a new row into Contacts with just a name and a work email. To make it useful someone Googles the company, finds the person on LinkedIn, and copies in their role and headcount. It is ten minutes of dull lookup per contact, so it gets skipped and your CRM fills with half-empty rows.
How the agent does it
The agent runs the moment a Contacts row is created. It takes the email domain to identify the company, finds the matching LinkedIn profile, and writes company, role, headcount, and profile URL back into those four columns. By the time you open the row it is already filled in.
Setup
- Open or create your Contacts database and add the columns the agent should fill: Company, Role, Headcount, and LinkedIn.
- In the AI chat, describe the agent: when a contact is added, look up the company and LinkedIn from the email and fill those four columns.
- Set the agent trigger to run when a row is created in Contacts.
- Run it once on an existing contact and check the four columns fill correctly.
- Turn it on. Every new contact is enriched before you open it.
