How the agent does it

The agent reads your team inbox, spots the people worth adding in each thread while skipping newsletters, notifications, and no-reply addresses, and adds anyone missing to Contacts with name, email, and company filled in. It runs on a schedule so your CRM keeps up with who you actually talk to.

Setup

1. Connect the mailbox you want scanned in Integrations.
2. In the AI chat, say what it should do: read new emails, pick out the people, and add anyone missing to Contacts.
3. Tell it which addresses and domains to ignore, such as your own team, newsletters, and automated senders.
4. Run it once over the last week and check the new rows look right.
5. Set it to run on a schedule and let Contacts fill itself.
