The problem

The answers your team needs, such as deal status, who owns what, and last touchpoint, are all in the workspace, but pulling them means stopping, opening the right database, and filtering. Most people just ask a colleague instead, and the same questions get answered over and over.

How the agent does it

The agent runs as a Slack and Telegram bot. Ask it a question in plain language and it reads your live databases, finds the answer, and replies in the chat with no dashboards and no filters. Everyone gets the same up-to-date answer straight from the source.

Setup

1. Connect Slack or Telegram, or both, in Integrations.
2. In the AI chat, lay it out: answer questions about our pipeline from the Deals database.
3. Tell it which databases it may read and how to phrase its replies.
4. Message the bot a few test questions and refine the answers.
5. Invite your team to the bot and let it field the routine questions.
