The problem

The best time to reach a new contact is right after they land in your world, but that first note rarely gets sent. By the time anyone remembers, the moment has passed and the intro goes cold.

How the agent does it

The moment a row is created in Contacts, the agent drafts a warm, personalized welcome email in your voice using what it knows about the person, and sends it from your address. Every new contact hears from you while it still matters.

Setup

1. Connect the mailbox the welcome should send from in Integrations.
2. In the AI chat, spell it out: when a contact is added, write and send a personalized welcome from me.
3. Set the trigger to run when a row is created in Contacts.
4. Run it on a test contact and read the draft before enabling send.
5. Enable it, and every new contact gets a warm first note right away.
