The problem
Your writing has a voice, from how you open to what you cut to the words you never use. When a teammate drafts on your behalf it reads generic, and editing it back into your style takes as long as writing it yourself.
How the agent does it
The agent studies a batch of things you have written and captures the patterns into a reusable skill. Anyone on the team can then invoke that skill in the editor to draft in your voice, and the draft reads like you wrote it.
Setup
- Gather a handful of emails or posts that sound like you and paste them into the AI chat.
- Ask it to learn your writing style and save it as a skill.
- Give the skill a clear name so the team can find it in the editor.
